To this end we have published from the end of our first year of foundation and at the end of every month a digest of things we have learned, including member and client feedback. Major change in the employment market in the last 20 years means IR35 and thus PAYE for now a very large group of self-drive workers is no longer ‘fit for purpose’. 4. September 2025. Here we plan an insight event on China 2012-2025 based on the close-up personal observations of myself and another long term T-L.com member in a major 16 MD, IoD, 3 cities mission, to three key cities. Guangzhou ( The Pearl River Delta, the factory of the world) , Hangzhou ( Alibaba), Shanghai (Finance) And by comparison, 13 years later, a recent 3 cities visit in the spring of 2025 along with a number of UK city Mayors where Shenzhen, home of BYD and of course Apple City was especially revealing.
